Orders are prepared in2–4 business days(Mon–Fri). During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Tracking
Once your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking updates.
- Tracking can take 24–72 hours to become active.
- For some routes, a local tracking number appears after the package reaches the destination region.
Customs & duties
Customs processing is handled by local authorities and may occasionally extend transit time.
- VESXIN can’t control customs inspections.
- If you have questions about a delay, message us and we’ll help.
This can happen when the parcel is in transit between hubs. Updates usually resume within24–72 hours.
